About Us

Flatiron-Skanska-Stacy and Witbeck, a Joint Venture (“FSSW”) is an integrated joint venture designed specifically for the success of the I-5 North Coast Corridor (“NCC”) project. FSSW team members bring complementary strengths and capabilities to this project. Our team’s experience with Caltrans District 11, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), railroad, and environmental mitigation are key elements needed to deliver the I-5 North Coast Corridor safely and effectively.

The combination of Skanska’s local Caltrans expertise and national resources and commitment to partnering will bring unsurpassed value to this project.

Stacy and Witbeck Website

Stacy and Witbeck is the industry leader in CMGC contracting; the team has been CMGC on over 25 heavy civil transportation projects valued at more than $3.4 billion. Stacy and Witbeck was the first CMGC for the first commuter rail, light rail, and streetcar projects ever built under the CMGC model.
